We were very inconvenienced during our one night stay.  Because we are in a pandemic, I would think that Super 8 would take extra precaution to ensure that the room are properly cleaned and disinfected. The room was fine enough, but the first night we were there I thought there was mouse poop on the nightstand. I brushed it off thinking it must be something else. The 2nd night we got back to the room and were watching TV when we noticed there were MULTIPLE mice running around in the room while we were sitting there! I called the desk and the woman who answered was NOT surprised. She offered no help when i asked and said to just kick them out under the door. I asked if we could change rooms and she said &quot;Its the same anywhere&quot; so we packed up and left. I asked for a refund for that night and the following, she said OK, but later I realized she only refunded one night. I have been trying to call for a week and left multiple messages for the manager to call me back, and they refuse to refund the 2nd night saying we left after checkout time, even though they wouldnt switch our room due to actual vermin running like they own the place. The owner won&#39;t call me back. Everytime I call he is &quot;out&quot; and... Horrible service, mice in the room, do not recommend!
