- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card when the booking is made. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically released. All reservation cancellations are to be made before 12 noon, Vienna time, and at least 24 hours prior to the date of your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty of one nights’ stay, along with any taxes that may apply. We enforce the same penalties for no-shows as well. Any changes that are requested well within the 24-hour period of cancellation will need to be approved by the management. As soon as your cancellation has been processed, you will be informed through a follow-up email.
